Orders and Shipping

1. How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Your order will be delivered 7-12 days with Standard Shipping or 3-7 days with Express Shipping.

2. How do I create an account?

Please fill out the Register Form and you will receive an confirm email.

3. How do I change my shipping address?

Please advise your order ID and shipping address through contact form.

4. How do I track the status of my order?

If you have created an account when you place the order, please go to My Account and you can check your order status. Otherwise, please go to Order Tracking to fill out your Order ID and billing email.

5. Will you keep my credit card information on file?

We work with a reliable credit card vendor, such as Paypal, to process all of our transactions. All of the credit card information is managed within their system and we are unable to see credit card details in your account.

6. Do you ship to my country?

We ship items to most countries in the world. You can add wanted items into cart and go to checkout to double check.

7. Will my items come in one package?

Generally we will post your order in one package. We have many warehouse around the world, so if some items are out of stock in one warehouses, we will separate your order and ship from different warehouses.

Returns and Exchanges

1. What is your returns policy?

You can easily and quickly return and exchange or refund the item(s) within 30 days from the date you receive the item(s). In detail, please view our Return and Refund Policy.

2. I received the wrong item

You can return to us and get refund or exchange a correct one. Please contact us by Contact Form.

3. My order arrived damaged

You can return to us and get refund or exchange a new one. Please contact us by Contact Form.

4. How do I receive customer support?

If you have any question, please fill out the contact form and we will reply to you within 24 hours.

5. What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Please advise your order ID and shipping address through contact form.

6. Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?

Before we post your order, yes, you can. If your parcel have been shipped, you can’t cancel the order. But after you receive it, you can return your order and get refund.
