Everbellus Double Steel Boned Breathable Corset Heavy Duty Waist Training Shaper

I bought one in black and one in white. Tne black is holding up very well the white, one of the grommets in the back popped out so I’m too scared to tighten it at all for fear of the back ripping out.

Add on: After I examined it again I realized the grommets installed on the back are too small for the garment itself. I’ve since gone to Joann fabric and got new grommets popped out the old ones and replaced them with one size larger. Now it fits well and works well however there is no reason why I should have to modify something before I’ve even used it.

Size is just as described in the size chart, my waist is 29-30″, the Medium I was able to get straight out of the packaging just by connecting the clasps, which unfortunately means there is no room to tighten at the waist. I would recommend if you want to cinch at the waist, order a size smaller as there is a panel in the back to hide skin if it’s loosened. I will definitely keep this as it’s a well-made product, but might order another, smaller size for waist-cinching purposes.

This is my first corset – at almost 60 y/o. It was not in the house 5 minutes before I had it on .. feels pretty good – was easy to tighten. I bought the mesh one because of probable breath-ability.. I’m so rarely cold. I went with 4 stars “I like it” because if it were 4 – 6 inches longer in the front, I’d love it.

ETA.. so I did my first two hours in the corset – went to take it off.. loosened the laces and started unhooking the front.. the top clasp pulled right out of the seam.. so annoyed I didn’t even look to see if there was any way I could fix it.

Second Edit.. I contacted the seller.. sent pics of the broken metal part and there’s a new one on the way – raising the stars back to 4.

Third edit. I went ahead and got the white one. I have two black ones, a 5 and a 6. The only noticeable size difference holding them together is the length of the strings.. odd because the black 5 and the white 6 feel the same on. The grommets however are noticeable – 11 to a side on the white one and 8 to a side on the black.

I have needed to re-lace all of them as the bunny ears were not centered on the waist tapes and I prefer the upside down bunny ear lacing which puts Xs over the center of the waist. Lucy on utube has vids for that and it works well.

I would still prefer a much longer corset because I’m really tall but the mesh wins.

I am 72 and osteoporosis is at last upon me. Corsets promise a less bulky silhouette than the straps and Velcro of medical “lumbar supports.” Your medium size met at the back edge to edge on me, so there was no room for adjustment. I like the mesh construction and will probably order a size small for summer.

Ordered two sizes smaller so I could continue to waist train without having to keep buying new corsets, but I believe the next size up would have sufficed. The corset is very breathable and comfortable. It is just the right length for my torso (5’6″ tall).
