I like this waist trainer because it is simple ans easy for daily wear. The material is light and breathable so you don’t sweat and feel uncomfortable all day long. This gives me that nice look underneath my clothing. Gets rid of my little belly issue. It really helps me stand up straight also. I like the look it helps me get. It has 4 Spiral steel bone which helps the corset keep its shape but doesn’t restrict your movement. It has 3 rows of hooks so you can make it tighter as your waist gets smaller. The material is very high quality and the stitching is very well done.
In my opinion these run a bit small. I am a size 34 and I got the XXL. I am happy with mine but it does feel a bit tighter than I would prefer. I would recommend getting a size larger than you think you need. But remember these are supposed to be tight. That is how it decreases your waist size.

I am not a heavy person, but this truly does pinch too hard around the waist. I felt after a while I had a hard time breathing. I cannot wear it for more than an hour before I must take it off. Corsets are not meant to be comfortable, and it does make the waist look tiny. I just did not like this enough to give it more than three stars. It either is pulled down to cover the lower abdomen so hips don’t bulge out a bit, or up so the back doesn’t bulge out at the bra line. I am 5’6″ and have a short(ish) waist, so taller people might even have a harder time with it. I’m guessing if I ever bother to buy another, it will be a different style.

I am short and short waisted, and this still isn’t long enough to be useful and instead of laying flat and smooth on your sides it wants to crimp. It gets three stars because I can pull it down low on my hips and wear it. In this position, it is so thin I can even wear it under another waist cincher that doesn’t extend down as far as I want.

I just got mine in the mail today. And it was very small in size. I am a small and I thought it would fit but I am skinny with curves especially curvy waist line so I am returning the small and hoping a med will do the trick. Wish me luck! Good quality nice packaging.

I bought this after reading multiple good reviews about it. I am 5’6 127lbs and have a shorter torso so the medium fit me really well. The only complaint I have is the length of it. It’s too short to tuck into my pants and also reach my bra line. If I pull it down just enough my skin pinches against my bra or bulges up unattractively… I bought the nude color to be able to wear under my clothes and its hidden pretty well, except under really tight clothing. I can also see how some women have torn theirs, if worn too tight too soon it would most likely rip with the material it’s made of. I’ve worn it for a few days now and I’ve already noticed a difference in my stomach area and it has REALLY helped me with my poor posture. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to stand up straighter and wanting to get a hour glass shape.

I am 5″2. Weigh about 127lbs and I bought a Medium. Feels amazing. So comfortable. I like the last and middle notches. I wouldn’t recommend the last notch if you are my size because wearing it there made me dizzy with a headache.
So breathable. Wear to the gym or at work. Don’t wear for too many hours.

I ordered the beige in a M, I’m about 5’1/125 lbs, and it fit perfect on the first set of clips. Wore it today for about 6 hours, it took my breathing some getting use to at first but then I was fine. it was more comfortable than I first presumed which was nice. Material is pretty stretchy but once clipped does the job. It was barely visible under my black top which I really liked. Would definitely buy another in a different color.

This is my first waist – anything – and I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable this one is. I can see the rippling others are talking about in the back area, but it hasn’t been a problem under my clothing. I plan to wear it around the house on my lazy days, but also under formal attire as well. I am 5ft7 130lbs and have a small child, therefore a little baby bump still. It fits great. And let’s not forget people, you’re paying under $15 for this. It’s not going to perform miracles.

Started on loosest and now on middle hooks. It does seem sturdy and is lightweight. the only negative is that it does ride up a bit and does not make me seat at all. It works well under clothing for holding everything in!
