I got my waist trainer and so far I love it. I was a bit nervous due to some of the negative reviews I saw. I wear a size large in clothes and received this in an XXXL which made me feel super huge. But that is my own issue I guess. With that being said this has 3 adjustable sizes(rows) and I am wearing it on the middle row currently but started on the furthest row to allow myself to adjust to wearing it. I do have some of the facets hooked onto the middle row. I honestly feel like this is pretty comfortable to wear. Its breathable and moveable so I do not feel like I have to move like a robot. I also have worn it underneath my clothes and feel like it does not show through. It covers pretty much my entire stomach. I am almost 5”7. I do have to adjust it slightly when I stand up and sit down and especially if I have eaten too much and my tummy grows (you know what I am talking about) I have only had it a few days so I can not say that it is necessarily shaping my body? A just yet. But I can say that it does remind me to hold in my gut as that is half of my problem to begin with. I guess if you have any questions please feel free to ask as I will have more updates on it the longer that I am wearing it.

I’m 5’4″, 150 lbs, 38D.
I order the black cincher in size Large.
It fits perfect, tight enough to keep everything in while allowing me room to breathe.
Cinchers are a good investment if you want to quickly achieve a smaller size without the dedication of a full-on corset.
Do not mistake this cincher as a corset, though. It’s not.
It’s a cincher, breathable and easy to take on/off.
While a corset is more time consuming and constructed.
I personally like to corset train during the day and wear this cincher at night, so I can sleep without any fear of loosing air.
If you are looking to “corset train” using this cincher, I am afraid to tell you that you can not.
You simply can’t “corset train” with something that isn’t a corset.
But you CAN use this as a tool to help you get into that hobby, if you just so happen to want to.
Cinchers are great for working out, too.
If you want a nice fitted device that will hold you in while you workout and help create more sweat, this is the thing for you.
This specific cincher hits just under my navel, allowing most of my tummy to either spill out from under OR I have to go that old fashioned route and stuff ‘er inside the top. lol
But all in all, it’s very discreet and comfortable.
Breathable, thanks to the mesh design and easy to wear.

I have a 24″ – 26″ waist (depending on bloating or the week you know) , but it didn’t get small enough and I bought the xs. I knew going in the thing was stretchy but sizing is a little off. Silhouette is ok but again, because it didn’t pull in enough it wasn’t that Shapley compared to my regular waistline because just the nature of having fabric wrapped around your waist gives you an additionAl inch in girth. even though it says ” waist training” no true corset will ever be stretchy. I was naive to that . All that being said, I chose not to return it because when I do wear it it helps me remember to be concious of my posture! Also it is pretty breathable !!! Just not good for my original intentions

I bought this corset/ waist trainer in December and have been using it since. So far so good. At first it fit REALLY tight, but you get accustomed to you. After all, that is expected from a corset. I only wear it to the gym, and not only do i like the look it creates with my waist, but the material also makes me sweat in the tummy region and helps me trim that area. I also like how firm the corset is and does not roll up from the bottom when i bend down during my workouts. In my corset, however, a stitch did tear, so there is a rip, but i think I may have pulled to hard.
I would definitely recommend this waist trainer, I use it almost every day while running on the elliptical. If you really want your belly to sweat, I would wear this corset while doing cardio. It’s perfect.

This waist trainer is a good buy and it feels good but for the size chart and my size, it has a tendency to roll up on the top and the bottom but fits well around the stomach area.

I haven’t wore it yet but I tried it on. My waist is 36in I got a 2xl. 205 pounds 5’2 I’m a 14-16 with a lot of booty and hips. This thing feels so comfortable , I don’t feel like I’m gonna sweat in it. It’s light weight, it doesn’t roll up. So far so good. You can’t see it under thin bodycon dresses, midi dresses. This is perfect if your stomach isn’t too big but you need something to hold it in. I wouldn’t recommend this for tall women, just 5feet to 5’5. Hope this helped.

Works great, very comfortable. (For what it is, I don’t want people to think any corset will be totally naturally comfortable, as its job is to squeeze you.) But of the different products I’ve used this one creates a waist instead of just squishing fat making you wide instead of round. This corset creates a waist stays in place and works great. Because of the eye hooks though light fabrics do show the seem down the front but for regular or heavy materials it’s your little secret. I’m happy with the purchase, especially for the price. Total Bonus!

I’m 5’3″, 190, 38D-38-49. I ordered a 3X and it’s perfect. Very tight on the loosest hooks but I suspect that’s how it’s supposed to fit. Will take some getting used to but it’s not overly uncomfortable and I can breathe. There’s 2 more tighter levels of hooks to nip it in further when I need to. It’s not as long as I thought (comes about 2 inches below my belly button and doesn’t cover my lower belly), which is why I took a star off. Might be an issue for taller or longer-torsoed wearers. It’s very stretchy and discreet under clothing. So far, I like it and love the way it makes my body look. Makes my curves really pop! Can’t say how well it’ll hold up, but at this price, who cares!? Happy with this purchase and looking forward to the results.

I honestly never thought I would need one of these. I do…lol After children, disabilities, and age gravity I need to reshape to my former glory…ha. This corset is very comfortable. I use it even at the gym with no sweat and discomfort. With my hurting hands it takes a bit to clasp. That is my body though, not the corset. I do see my waist beginning to narrow in and am pleased with this corset. I can walk around straighter and with more confidence. It actually has a dual role of providing the back brace relief I need.

I ordered a size Large and it fits but I had a hand cramp by the time I finally got this on!!!! Maybe I will order an XL next time, but when I put on my clothes, it looks nice and it holds me in very well! The sizing chart is not right because ANYTHING that is a Large has always been easy to wear and other waist trainers that I have are a size Large and fits me perfectly but I purchased this one because it seemed to be a lot lighter and breathable than the others that I own. If you usually wear a size Large, get the next size up to be comfortable! You do not want HAND CRAMPS!
