Returns & Refund Policy
If garments is unworn or defective , you can easily and quickly return and exchange or refund the item(s) within 30 days from the date you receive the item(s). To ensure you receive a full refund remember to:
- Keep all hangtags attached to unworn garments.
- Try garments with a crotch on over your own clean underwear.
- Prevent perfume, smoke, and deodorant from damaging garments. Damaged items may not be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refund on items that do not meet our hygiene and health standards.

- Your order ID
- Return or exchange reason
After we receive your request, we will deal with it as soon as possible. We prefer to receive item(s) by post office, for example, USPS for USA, Royal mail for UK. It could take up to two weeks for your item(s) to reach our warehouse. The garments are inspected immediately when your return is received. If the garments are in good condition and the hangtags are still there, a refund or exchange will be taken action.
Note that a full refund—less the non-refundable initial shipping fee—is issued to the credit card or paypal. Depending on your bank, credit card refunds will be posted to your account in 8-10 business days.
If you request exchange, new item(s) will be posted after 1-3 business days and a notice email with tracking number will be sent to you by email.
